360i is looking for an Associate Media Director to lead holistic planning and buying across Display, Paid Social, and Programmatic for HSN. This person must have strong Direct Response/Acquisition experience and is comfortable leading a growing client toward the future of seamless, personalized 1:1 consumer marketing. Must offer experience leading a client through technology evolution, which could include DCO, MTA, DMP activation, and beyond.

This person will act as one of 360i’s business leads who discover and share new opportunities across the portfolio of performance accounts within the agency. The Associate Media Director will partner with the internal HSN Account team, to navigate clients who are ambitious to test, learn, adopt, and grow. This leader must be comfortable translating media strategy and activation principles to a forward-leaning yet evolving digital client. The ideal candidate for this role has experience managing a team and has overseen various aspects of digital platform activation, emerging applications, as well as the convergence of mobile and digital marketing technologies. Direct reports include a Senior Media Manager and an Associate Media Manager who support on day-to-day deliverables.
