Responsibilities

  • BA/BS in marketing or related field
  • 2+ years of account management/client services and or client side experience in digital/online media; demonstrated personal and professional immersion in social marketing are a must
  • Be able to lead projects from briefing to production across multiple pieces of business with seamless execution & providing support to supervisors
  • Demonstrated ability to synthesize and evaluate campaign data, and present recommendations that build brands, increase awareness and maximize engagement across digital/online media; experience across off/online preferred
  • Excellence problem solving skills with the ability to think on their feet
  • Proven experience integrating and working across channels with partner agencies
  • Excellent project management skills and the ability to bring cross functional teams together to ensure flawless execution
  • Excellent communications (written/verbal), presentation and analytical skills with the ability to craft appropriate strategies, develop presentations, POVs and key strategic documents to provide thought leadership and drive innovation
  • Credible interpersonal skills that allow for trust building within the internal 360i team and a strong client relationship
  • Demonstrates a strong understanding of the clients business beyond campaign objectives; Applies understanding of online customer behavior into immediate and long-term strategic recommendations
  • Experience and knowledge of best practices in managing social communities such as: Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, YouTube, etc.
  • Demonstrates a passion for digital and social trends within the industry by bringing consistent knowledge of both client opportunities and “what to avoid” to the team
  • Passion for over delivering. Innate curiosity and aptitude with the ability to see the big picture as well as be hands on
  • Excellent communication/presentation skills(demonstrated client facing presentation in the past is a must)
