The Media Supervisor is a large contributor to the overall success of the business as they will own the day-to-day management of the account and help develop strategies to drive future account performance. This position requires collaboration with other Media teams as well as with Account and Analytics – and this person will be the day-to-day contact for media-related requests on their accounts.

Responsibilities

  • Own media strategy and relationship(s) for small/medium size account or strong #2 on larger business.
  • Deploys advanced optimization techniques.
  • Able to forecast results based on historical data and overall expertise.
  • Lead on client presentations as it relates to media strategy/delivery.
  • Participates in hiring, training, development, mentoring and retention of more Jr media staff members.
  • Finds opportunities to grow business beyond existing strategies.
  • Actively participates in new business presentations, leads brainstorming efforts.
  • Drive POVs and crafts presentations that demonstrate marketing leadership and ignite innovation on the business.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
  • 5-7 years of paid search experience
  • Search expert with understanding of how it fits into an integrated media strategy
  • Demonstrate expertise in designated business vertical and utilizes competitive as well as advanced optimization best practices.
  • Demonstrate a strong understanding of the clients beyond campaign objectives.
  • Search expert with understanding of how it fits into an integrated media strategy.
  • Demonstrate passion for digital media and actively seeks opportunities to expand understanding and use of emerging and social media.
  • Demonstrate strong understanding and ability to incorporate other media channels into recommendations/solutions.
  • Media strategist that provides holistic media solutions.
