360i is looking for an Group Media Director to focus on all non-SEM Media efforts.. For this role, we are looking to find an individual with non-SEM media expertise with a focus on display, social, video, and mobile. This MD will drive media strategy development and oversee its flawless execution.  The ideal candidate should have both direct response and awareness experience, with a deep knowledge of mobile as well as social media platforms and programmatic media strategy. Understanding  the role that each media tactic contributes to the overall media mix is essential.



The Media Director is a team leader, and will help guide a team of skilled display and paid social professionals. This person is responsible for the operational and developmental growth of their team. Additionally, the AMD will be a point person for the account team and other department leads, working hand-in-hand with our clients on channel strategy to evolve and expend current media efforts.

Direct reports will likely be in the range of 3-5, scaling from Associate Media Managers to Supervisors.


  • Lead Paid media strategy brainstorms with internal and external stakeholders on platform innovation, media buying opportunities, and make recommendations.
  • Work to lead the development and growth of all paid media efforts against specific client goals
  • Subject matter expert in all things Facebook and PowerEditor, such as app install and custom audiences.
  • Keen interest in Entertainment vertical, such as industry trends, competitive landscape and unique opportunities
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key media partners.
  • Experience negotiating Joint Business Plans or rates with media companies preferred.
  • Gain client trust and deliver flawless execution.
  • Work with 360i clients evangelizing the benefits of running programmatic campaigns through PBG
  • Work with internal and external constituents to understand client campaign goals and craft recommendations for executing/improving media campaigns programmatically.
  • Assist with codifying and sharing best practices across teams
  • Manage, train and inspire media team members working in account po.
  • Merchandising great work to client
  • Oversee reporting outputs and offer meaningful insights, identifying trends in the data and turn them into optimizations and/or action items managing against client KPI goals
  • Create, lead and collaborate on strategy development and project management
  • Work closely with our partners (technology, media, and data) for planning, management, and  reporting
  • Help identify opportunities to deliver better performance
  • Support and educate Media team members in identifying opportunities for growth and performance enhancements
  • Demonstrate a strong understanding of each client’s business beyond campaign objectives. Find opportunities to grow the account beyond existing strategies
  • Partner with Operations team to ensure billing protocols are timely and accurate.


  • BA/BS in marketing or related field with 12+ years of digital media experience Paid Social and Programmatic Media knowledge is a must
    • Deep understanding of mobile space a must
    • At least 6-8 years’ managerial experience overseeing a team of employees, preferably at an advertising, PR, media buying, or digital marketing agency
  • Seasoned professional with demonstrated skill sets for client interaction and communication; able to manage client requests and push back with sound rationale when necessary
  • Proven ability to synthesize data & results, identify trends & key findings, and fuel media strategies
  • Ability to communicate data and reports to optimize strategic recommendations in clear, cogent fashion
  • Must be comfortable in a client-facing capacity and able to develop positive relationships with internal and external counterparts
  • Must be comfortable developing and delivering strategic presentations and to think on one’s feet
  • A team player with a positive attitude who is able to handle stressful situations and deadlines calmly
  • Ability to plan and carry out responsibilities with passion, a can-do attitude, and minimal direction
  • Has productive relationships with media reps and internal teams that lead to successful campaign deliverables and high client satisfaction
  • Excellent communication (written/verbal) and presentation skills
  • Strong analytic skills and problem-solving skills
  • Detail-oriented, with strong attention to follow-through
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, delegate and has strong time management skills
  • Clear understanding of 3rd party tracking and serving technologies, primarily DoubleClick Campaign Manager
  • Expertise in Facebook PowerEditor, Google Reporting, Excel Superhero, Mobile measurement guru
