360i is looking for an Group Media Director to focus on all non-SEM Media efforts.. For this role, we are looking to find an individual with non-SEM media expertise with a focus on display, social, video, and mobile. This MD will drive media strategy development and oversee its flawless execution. The ideal candidate should have both direct response and awareness experience, with a deep knowledge of mobile as well as social media platforms and programmatic media strategy. Understanding the role that each media tactic contributes to the overall media mix is essential.
The Media Director is a team leader, and will help guide a team of skilled display and paid social professionals. This person is responsible for the operational and developmental growth of their team. Additionally, the AMD will be a point person for the account team and other department leads, working hand-in-hand with our clients on channel strategy to evolve and expend current media efforts.

Direct reports will likely be in the range of 3-5, scaling from Associate Media Managers to Supervisors.
