  • Line produce in-house still and live action projects, which includes hiring the production team, location scouting, casting, selecting crew, ordering equipment, sourcing music and stock imagery
  • Coordinate with EPs, account and creative to scope projects and create budgets and LOEs
  • Work closely with the director, DP and other department heads to prepare the production schedule and budget, and to set the shoot date
  • Meet with Business Affairs to discuss special insurance needs and review script and storyboards for visual and musical legal concerns
  • Manage schedule from pre-production through shoot and post-production
  • Liaison between vendors, creative, account, and client
  • Provide creative and production solutions to budget challenges
  • Manage day to day aspects of project
  • Manage budget throughout shoot and post to ensure project remains within budget
  • Coordinate with creative to visualize their concepts
  • Coordinate with account to ensure client’s needs are met within the creative
  • Oversee re-touching and video post-production
  • Produce case studies, in-house shoots and edits
  • Negotiate deals with vendors
  • Communicate project issues and resolution to the client and internal team


  • 7+ years in the film production industry
  • Advertising experience a plus
  • Experience with various projects types in digital and traditional agency settings.
  • In-depth knowledge of scheduling and budgeting
  • Exceptional communication skills are required, as well as the diplomacy to balance the creative expectations of the director, artists and creative personnel with the financial resources available
  • Have a deep and growing rolodex comparable to a traditional “agency producer”, but also have an extensive network of up-and-coming film-makers to bypass production company markup and get ideas produced at lower cost without sacrificing production quality
  • Hold a depth of quality industry relationships with a variety of vendors for different aspects of the project – from production companies to music composers
  • Comfort working in fast-paced environment with diverse cross-functional team
  • Comfort working on 2-3 projects at one time
  • Experience and interest in supporting new business initiatives
  • Strong desire and ability to be a change-agent, providing experience-driven recommendations with team-building diplomacy
  • Roll-up your sleeves, can-do attitude
