360i is looking for an exceptional Media Director with a passion for Entertainment and highly skilled in all aspects of paid, earned and owned media to lead one our largest Integrated media clients.

The Media Director is an active partner to teams across the agency and functions as day-to-day lead with our internal team and clients. In this role, we need a nimble, confident, dynamic and poised leader who can understand the various marketing challenges that our clients face and empower the media team to think creatively and strategically across all lines of business. This person must be a motivating manager and mentor that can inspire and continue to develop a strong team.


Having a strong working knowledge of the media landscape across all channels is critical in this role.  Experience in TV tune-in, Entertainment or OTT category client experience is required as well as experience planning tune-in campaigns.  This role is suited for someone who is actively immersed in the Entertainment category and pop culture.

This leadership position oversees all planning and buying for the clients and bears accountability for all deliverables produced by the team, as well as being charged with building and maintaining better processes for more efficient, integrated activation and agency-wide collaboration (across Media, Analytics, Account Management, Insights & Planning, Social Strategy, Performance Media, and Creative.)


The ideal candidate for this role has a track record of building and maintaining strong client relationships, outstanding team management experience, has overseen all aspects of integrated media planning and activation, stays current with industry best practices and understands the importance of basing all planning on key consumer/user behaviors. Key to this role is an analytical bent to ensure that we are measuring success in the right way and providing this information to our clients in the most impactful manner.

The Media Director must be both strategic and hands on, have a strong project management sensibility and be engaged, tenacious and passionate about delivering outstanding media ideas and work.









  • 9+ years of digital and integrated media experience, leading teams, communicating directly with clients
  • At least 5 years managerial experience overseeing a team of employees at a media or full service ad agency
  • This person will need to demonstrate understand across all media forms (including SEM, Social, Print, OOH, TV) and how to synthesize into cohesive plans
  • Strong working knowledge of TV, Entertainment or OTT category
  • Experience in planning tune-in campaigns for Entertainment clients
  • Understanding of “media strategy” and development of holistic media solutions.
  • Comfortable working on clients who are heavily Comms Planning-driven, and ability to translate Comms strategy into media approaches
  • Has ability to assume specific account-oriented responsibilities if asked (comfortable with both client management duties and team project management)
  • Strong background in mobile and programmatic media sectors, including custom and bespoke executions across emerging vendors and platforms
  • Comfortable with data intensity and has demonstrated an ability to come up with unique measurement schemes to bridge online and offline activities.
  • Drives thought leadership, POVs and crafts presentation that ignite and innovate the business
  • Generates client confidence as a trusted advisor by actively listening and understanding their problems or concerns and speaking with authority on how we will address them.
  • Persuasive storyteller and presentation abilities. Must be comfortable developing and delivering strategic presentations and to think on one’s feet
  • Can partner effectively with 360i Analytics, Insights, Strategy, Performance Media, Influencer, Creative & Account for client projects
  • Demonstrated ability to grow/expand existing business and strategically participate in successful new business pitches and department-wide initiatives
  • Leads and nurtures team inspirationally (brings out everyone's strengths)
  • College degree required, preferably in marketing or business
