The Senior Integrated Producer leads large integrated projects and is responsible for their success.  At 360i, success is defined not only as on time and on budget, but meeting client business challenges in a way that demonstrates creativity and acute problem solving skills.  

Responsibilities

  • Lead the discovery process on large engagements to accurately scope projects while defining project requirements and success metrics; this includes leading the evolution of creative concepts into clear sets of deliverables, determining whether ideas are feasible within the project parameters (time and money), and providing creative solutions as needed
  • Lead the execution of large integrated engagements ($1MM+) including development of SOWs and effective risk management, overseeing large multi-discipline teams, vendor procurement and management, and ensuring overall quality of work with multiple deliverables and multiple workstreams.
  • Have the experience and foresight to see a project’s trajectory and put a plan in place to get ahead of its development.
  • Understand the diversity of resources and skills within the entire agency and proactively tap the expertise and capabilities of colleagues and systems to optimally shape and execute complex projects.
  • Manage more junior producers and project managers on a project basis.
  • Serve as the point person for all day-to-day internal and vendor communications, taking a project leadership role and creating a positive, upbeat tone for the group.
  • Work with team members to raise the bar of creative execution and to champion the work.
  • Manage interdisciplinary teams of art directors, copywriters, user experience designers, and developers.
  • Coordinate meetings, notes, status reports, task lists, etc.
  • Develop and manage project timelines and resources.
  • Share and celebrate the projects you work on, leading post-mortem sessions and suggesting ways to instill learnings within the department and across disciplines.
  • Take ownership of project efficiency, creative standards and team satisfaction.
  • Have a “buck-stops-here” mentality when trouble shooting production issues, vendor relations and group dynamics, knowing when to ladder up to management while providing recommendations, options and solutions.
  • Have a keen sense of diplomacy, awareness of group dynamics and the ability to moderate one’s own communication and behavior style to mirror the group/project need.
  • A successful senior producer must always be developing skills to navigate adverse and unpredictable situations without adding his/her stress into the mix.
  • Apply grace under fire, inspiring confidence within the agency and client teams that production is informed, on-time, on-budget and always a step ahead when considering fallback options

Qualifications

  • 5 – 7 years prior experience as an integrated producer or directly related experience managing integrated projects (direct experience with interactive, content and experiential projects is critical).
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent required. PMI certification a plus.
  • Familiarity with various project types, including: content production, experiential, web sites (including web development technologies), online advertising, 360 campaigns, and mobile. Knowledge of software quality assurance process is a plus.
  • Detailed understanding of team roles including Design, Copywriting, Studio Production, XD, Techonlolgy and QA.
  • Demonstrated experience scoping and managing large engagements ($1MM+) including development of SOWs and effective risk management, overseeing large multi-discipline teams and ensuring overall quality of work.
  • Effective presentation and communication skills as evidenced by ability to develop presentations and speak to large audiences including senior level clients.
  • Excellent negotiation skills (production vendor contacts a must).
  • Proven abiilty to assess feasiblity of creative executions and propose production solutions that push the quality of work forward.
  • Strong communication, time management and organizational skills.
  • Detail-oriented with strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency with MS Office software and project planning software, such as Smartsheets.
  • Proactive with strong problem solving skills; responsive and flexible to evolving responsibilities and changing environments.
  • A demonstrated self-starter and able to work well within a highly collaborative, multi-disciplinary team
