Overview

360i is looking for a dynamic, enthusiastic Account Supervisor to serve as the day-to-day lead with both client and internal teams, supervising the planning and execution of detailed, custom social programs, as well as the implementation of integrated strategies, creative, and media deliverables. While experience in packaged goods and/or new product launch is preferred it is not mandatory.

 

The role requires a proactive, energetic person who develops strong, trustworthy team and client bonds.  Someone who thrives while juggling numerous projects, loves learning, prioritizes clear and thorough communications, and wears their passion for their team and their client on their sleeve will be an ideal fit for this tightly knit team. The ideal candidate understands how to work across inter-disciplinary teams, manages projects to tight timelines and maintains a positive and fun attitude.  A highly motivated individual who will bring their own ideas to the table to support creative, effective and efficient communications and processes is what we seek!

Qualifications

  • 5-7 years agency experience working on social marketing and fully integrated campaigns, preferably with CPG experience, if possible.
  • Experience and knowledge of best practices in social channels such as: Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, Instagram, Snapchat, YouTube, etc.
  • Consistently demonstrate strong communication skills in both verbal and written form
  • Upholds high professional standards and demonstrates self-awareness and maturity in all relationships
  • Possess excellent project management skills and shares information proactively and efficiently both internally and among client teams and vendors
  • Flawlessly execute projects with strong attention to detail
  • Be proactive & solution-oriented – focused on recommending solutions before problems happen, rather than simply raising red flag (when they do)
  • Be a self-starter – someone who wakes up in the morning and loves working in this industry
  • Exhibit passion for the work – be willing to stand up for the team and for your ideas
  • Be nimble and hands-on – keep things moving and think smartly, quickly; demonstrate an “all hands on deck” approach
  • Mine data, provides insights and offers recommendations (to Group Account Director) on business-oriented challenges/opportunities
  • Think critically (conceptualizing, analyzing/applying/evaluating)
  • Proactively recognize opportunities and demonstrate intellectual curiosity and creativity in generating business ideas with Group Account Director
  • Actively listen to clients and be able to communicate client needs/wants to the full team
  • Oversee work across multiple departments and ensure high quality deliverables
  • Be curious – someone who thinks beyond the ask to the big picture, ask questions and seek answers
  • Have the ability to review and analyze reports, helping pull together and tell compelling stories to the client for POVs, Quarterly Business Reviews, etc.
  • Research competitors and generate a point-of-view about the marketplace and implications for the client
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook
