360i is looking for a Senior Media Manager with Paid Social and Digital Experience to join our growing team in Chicago. This person must have the ambition to take the bull by the horns and want to learn, grow and partner with the best in class. This role requires paid social marketing experience to develop strategies, implement and execute paid media campaigns while also carrying fluency and experience in broader digital buying, planning and execution. This person must have a detail oriented mind with the capability to multitask and think outside of the box in this fast moving and growing channel. The (Sr) Media Manager would have an understanding of advanced optimization and analytical skills which would drive insights and guide clients business and make actionable decisions based on data. The Senior Media Manager is a key component in the overall success of the team, our clients and 360i, as they are responsible for overseeing and optimizing campaigns to meet and surpass the clients success metrics while also supporting the team where needed with other misc. projects and planning.
Responsible for day-to-day management of media campaigns from soup to nuts, with modest supervision. Supervisor and Director are the main drivers of strategy but the Senior Media Manager is active in support and owning execution. The Senior Media Manager is focused on honing operational leadership and strategic skills for advancement to the Supervisor role.
