Overview

360i is looking for a Director, Paid Social. For this role, we are looking to find an individual with paid social expertise, demonstrating passion and thought leadership for the channel. The Director will drive paid social strategy development and oversee its flawless execution for one of the world’s leading entertainment brands. The ideal candidate must have Paid Social experience - with other digital media channel experience a plus.

 

 

Responsibilities

The Director is a team leader and will lead a group of paid social media professionals. They are responsible for the overall operational and developmental growth of their team. The Director will be a point person for their team, working hand-in-hand with our clients on channel strategy and across disciplines internally to effectively deliver excellence.

 

A person of detail, passion and desire to grow will thrive in this environment and in this role. They have growth advancement opportunities in one of 360i’s fastest growing offices and disciplines. Direct reports will likely be in the range of 3-5, scaling from Senior Managers to Junior Associates.

  • Drives POVs and crafts presentations that demonstrate leadership and ignite innovation on the business
  • Coaches team members to continually raise the bar, execute flawlessly, deliver more holistic solutions, and provide overall client excellence

Qualifications

  • 6-8 years of paid social/display campaign management and experience in entertainment
  • Paid Social: (significant experience is a must)
  • Working knowledge of self-serve platforms and API technology on Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, Instagram, and other emerging platforms such as Snapchat, Imgur, Reddit and more
  • Working knowledge of Insights Tools such as Facebook Insights and/or Twitter Analytics
  • While not required, past experience with Social Strategy, Content Marketing or Community Management a plus
  • Fluency with latest evolutions of tracking and targeting: i.e. Custom Audiences & Custom Clusters
  • Seasoned professional with demonstrated skill sets for client interaction and communication; Able to manage client requests and push back with sound rationale when necessary
  • Proven ability to synthesize data & results, identify trends & key findings, and fuel content strategies
  • Owns media strategy and relationship(s) for account and relationships with agency partners (if applicable); Works directly with team on strategic client initiatives
  • Provides media solutions that support and deliver to our clients; History of success executing complex, large scale campaigns flawlessly
  • Innovative with experience designing high impact, cutting edge branding campaigns and more performance driven media
  • Demonstrates passion and curiosity for digital media and actively seeks opportunities to expand understanding and use of paid social
  • Productive relationships with media reps and internal teams that lead to successful campaign deliverables and high client satisfaction
  • Excellent communications (written/verbal), presentation and analytical skills
  • Strong analytic skills and problem-solving skills
  • Detail-oriented with strong attention to follow-through
  • College degree preferred but not required, preferably in marketing or business
