360i is looking for a Media Director who is an absolute paid-social powerhouse. What do we mean by “powerhouse”? It’s a dynamic leader who will inspire their teams to go beyond what is expected and then go beyond that. This is someone who should be driven to use innovation as a means of driving real results rather than embracing shiny objects because they feel innovative. It’s a whole-brain thinker who is as comfortable working with the analytics team as they are with the creative team, and weaves that combination of analytical skills and creativity into something that will differentiate 360i in meaningful ways. And we need this person to be able to communicate with clients with passion and purpose, so they feel like they are getting someone who truly loves social and understands how it can help solve their unique business problems. In short, we’re looking for a leader, a doer, a mentor, a problem solver, an innovator.
This person should be willing to get into the weeds but also be able to have a sense of the bigger picture, bringing a strategic clarity to all the tactics that make up the day-to-day. The person will be sitting side by side with search, programmatic, product development, and analytics, with support from strategists, comms planners, and creatives, all working together to create a seamless experience for the consumer whose journey takes them across an ever-increasing number of channels, platforms, and devices. We are looking for someone who will welcome accountability: for the work done by the team, for creating processes to make work more efficient, for providing plans that are truly unique, and for collaboration across the agency. Finally, we need someone who is a commanding presenter who can inform, persuade, and hopefully entertain—for internal meetings, client presentations, and new-business pitches.
