For more information, visit or follow us on Twitter @360i.  We’re looking for an Account Manager on our Chicago team to work on two Fortune 500 CPG brands. The Account Manager is a key member of the account team and a point person to our clients. We need an Account Manager who will understand the marketing challenges that our clients face and be willing to dive in and help them to understand our strategic recommendations and timeline for success while simultaneously leading multiple work streams for the team.


  • BA/BS in marketing or related field
  • 2+ years of account management/client services and or client side experience in digital/online media; demonstrated personal and professional immersion in social marketing are a must
  • Experience automotive considered a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail is a must!
  • Excellent problem solving skills with the ability to think on their feet
  • Exudes enthusiasm for new challenges and opportunities.
  • Willingness and openness to working with teams across multiple zip codes a must
  • Passion for over delivering. Innate curiosity and aptitude with the ability to see the big picture as well as be hands on
  • Proven experience integrating and working across channels with partner agencies
  • Experience in managing media client (paid social is requirement)
  • Credible interpersonal skills that allow for trust building within the internal 360i team and a strong client relationship
  • Be able to lead creative and media projects from briefing to production acros multiple pieces of business with seamless execution & providing support to supervisors
  • Demonstrated ability to synthesize and evaluate campaign data, and present recommendations that build brands, increase awareness and maximize engagement across digital/online media; experience across off/online preferred
  • Looking for candidates with exceptional organizational skills, including but not limited to, developing and managing project timelines, development and managing of project plans, and managing deliverables for several team members across several work streams.
  • Demonstrates strong leadership skills, including proactively identifying issues and offering potential solutions, ability to clearly manage team expectations, and desire to collaborate with manager to translate client needs and objectives into actionable project plans.
  • Excellent communications (written/verbal), presentation and analytical skills with the ability to assist in crafting reports, POVs and key strategic documents to provide thought leadership to team and clients.
  • Demonstrates passion and knowledge of best practices for digital media and actively seeks opportunities to expand understanding and use of search, display, mobile and social media.
  • Able to manage client requests, including probing for as much information as possible, sometimes needing to read between the lines, and determining when appropriate to push back with sound rationale, when necessary.
  • Demonstrates a passion for digital and social trends within the industry by bringing consistent knowledge of both client opportunities and “what to avoid” to the team
  • Demonstrates a strong interest in and understanding of the clients’ business and applies knowledge to all areas of work- connecting the dots for the team across projects and applying this understanding into immediate and long term strategic client recommendations.
