Come work with the best! 360i is looking for an Associate Media Manager with digital and traditional marketing experience to implement paid media campaigns. This person must have a detail-oriented mind and have the capability to multitask and think outside of the box. This person will be a key component of the overall success of the media team, our clients, and 360i as a whole as he or she will be responsible for optimizing campaigns to meet and surpass the clients success metrics while also supporting the team where needed with other misc. projects and planning. This position requires collaboration with other external media teams such as the Search, Programmatic, Analytics and Ad Operations teams, as well as with 360i Account Management and Finance teams. Responsibilities

  • Assists the team in strategy development
  • Reviews campaign summary/analysis from teams
  • Assists in the compilation of data, extraction of insights and tactical execution as needed
  • Demonstrates working knowledge of each area of agency’s resources, in order to evaluate recommendations before they are delivered to the Client
  • Proactively finds new ways to build the client’s business and grow account
  • Participates in meetings autonomously and with a larger team as needed
  • Masters and maintains vast knowledge of client's business, competition, and latest industry news and trends
  • Owns and monitors all agency/client budget and billing processes to ensure accuracy and timeliness
  • Monitors workflow and resources needed to successfully manage the account
  • Assists in all aspects of campaign execution including: tagging, trafficking, and partner communications

Qualifications

  • 6 months+ years relevant experience required
  • Proficient in Excel, strong PowerPoint skills; design software capabilities
  • Understanding of paid social & display media is a must; understanding of all digital media disciplines (including emerging/paid search) a plus
  • Understanding of traditional media (TV, Radio and OOH)
  • Excellent communication (written/verbal), presentation and analytical skills, with an emphasis on merchandizing your team’s successes within a client’s organization
  • Maintains professional and respectful attitude with client and teammates alike
  • Innate curiosity and aptitude (staying abreast of trends and activities in the digital marketing and clients' business) that proactively demonstrate thought leadership and new ideas/recommendations
  • Knowledge of 3rd party tracking and serving technology (i.e. DART, Kenshoo) a plus
