  • Creation of campaign flowcharts
  • Maintenance of budget summaries
  • Communication and successful collaboration with vendors and reps
  • Collaboration with Ad Ops from campaign set-up to wrap
  • Management and implementation of custom elements (timelines, deliverables, approvals)
  • Reporting (accurate, on-time delivery of key findings and reports)
  • Media authorizations (MAs) and Insertion Orders (IOs) including the documentation and electronic filing of these documents so account, media and finance may reference them with ease
  • Billing (accurate, on-time billing)
  • Research set-up, on-going collaboration with vendors and generation/collection of reports including scheduling vendor-agency-client share-out
  • Resource and contact lists


  • Knowledge of syndicated media and research tools
  • Knowledge of digital and social ad units and operations
  • Careful execution and strong attention to detail
  • Passion for innovation and excellence in media
  • Speed and efficiency; persistency and follow-through
  • Expert use of PowerPoint and Excel
  • Preparation and ease speaking and participating in media discussions
  • Preparation and ease with collaboration and information share including bringing actionable suggestions, research data and case study examples
