The Associate Digital Director will have day to day responsibility for the client’s digital activity. This person will act as the link between 360i and the client and will manage the planning, organizing and monitoring of digital campaigns and projects.


360i is looking for an exceptional Associate Media Director skilled in all aspects of paid, earned and owned media. This person will oversee integrated planning and buying.


The Associate Media Director is the corner stone of our media team.  S/he must be both strategic and hands on, serving as partner to teams across the agency and key counsel to our clients.  S/he is a nimble, dynamic and poised leader who can understand the various marketing challenges that our clients face, while empowering reports to think creatively and strategically across lines of business.  The AMD is an inspiring manager that can develop a team while bearing accountability for the deliverables and work produced by the team.  S/he is charged with building and maintaining processes and efficiencies for collaboration across Media, Analytics, Account Management, Insights & Planning, Social Strategy, Community Management and Creative and/or across partner agencies.


The ideal candidate has a track record of maintaining strong client relationships.  S/he has overseen integrated media planning and activations; is current with industry best practices and understands the importance of consumer-centric planning.  Key to this role is an analytical acumen to ensure that success is measured in the right way and provided to our clients as an actionable deliverable.  The role requires strong project management skills as well as tenacity and passion for delivering outstanding media ideas and work. 



  • 7+ years of digital and integrated media experience; leading teams, communicating directly with clients
  • 4 years managerial experience; overseeing a team of employees at a media/full service agency
  • Active listening and patience; leader who strives to understand client concerns and can speak with authority on how to address them
  • Digital expertise; strong background in mobile
  • Balanced experience across media channels (SEM, social, print, D/OOH, TV, digital)
  • Experience leading a high profile account
  • Application and use of media analytics, insights and strategy
  • Experience managing Comms-driven plans; ability to translate Comms strategy into a media approach and plan
  • Experience leveraging custom content/executions across vendors and platforms
  • Experience crafting POVs
  • Oversight of presentations that ignite and innovate client’s business
  • Ability to expand existing business and participate in new business pitches
  • Experience running department-wide initiatives
  • Interest in- and ability to lead and nurture a team
  • Persuasive storytelling and relaxed presentation abilities
  • College degree required, preferably in marketing or business
