360i is looking for an Integrated Media Supervisor with solid integrated media expertise to help maintain and grow the business.  This person’s background should be strong in both Local and National traditional media (TV, Radio, OOH), but display/online video, Paid Social, and/or Analytics experience would be great too!  The supervisor will be a key member of the team and a point person to our clients. This role will be very hands-on and involved in the day-to-day of this newly expanded account. In addition, they will be a crucial contributor in areas of agency development and growth – from training to new business pitches, etc. 


As an Integrated Media Supervisor on the account, you are responsible for ensuring that communications strategies are effectively and accurately translated into plans as well as leading the development and implementation of those plans.  In partnership with the VP, Group Director, you will help in setting the strategic tone for the account.  You are expected to have a strong working knowledge of the media landscape (including digital) as well as the Restaurant (Casual Dining, QSR, Retail) vertical.  The Supervisor role will be responsible for directly managing planning team – developing their skills, evaluating their performance and managing their growth.  In addition to core account assignments, the Integrated Media Supervisor is expected to take part in larger areas of agency development – aiding with new business pitches, committees, and task forces.  This role is a step toward greater leadership within the integrated media group and the agency overall.


Media Planning and Execution:

  • Accountable for media plan output timeliness, accuracy, and overall excellence
  • Participate and help lead the strategic media planning/execution and serve as a resource for direct reports & junior staff for advice and counsel
  • Demonstrate ability to utilize resources (syndicated, proprietary, analyst data) to help guide client’s marketing goals and apply to strategic recommendations
  • Work closely with activation department leads to outline appropriate processes and timelines to ensure flawless execution
  • Understand and adopt new techniques and technologies that are relevant for clients’ media strategies
  • Provides relevant insight and input into existing and emerging media opportunities (through awareness of available media services vendors)


Client & Internal Relationships:

  • Build & maintain trusting, collaborative relationships with clients at appropriate levels
  • Manage expectations of clients and deliverables
  • Accurately represent the client’s point of view when developing/reviewing work, leverage this perspective when providing feedback to team and presenting to client
  • Participate and present in New Business efforts and presentations, where appropriate
  • Capable of effectively managing up and down the reporting structure


Strategic Thinking & Leadership:

  • Provide and/or guide strategic input for all plans internally and externally
  • Provide and discuss industry information on media, markets and related dynamics
  • Demonstrate problem solving and intervention when necessary
  • Understand and analyze the root causes of problems and develop ways to rectify
  • Guide and assist staff to arrive at potential solutions to problems/issues
  • Ensure key information is provided to team regarding client issues, internal agency issues, changes in account status, etc.
  • Train, motivate and develop media planning group
  • Construct and deliver accurate, honest and timely performance management documents


Communication Skills:

  • Establishes and maintains communications process with clients, digital and offline media teams, etc. for each piece of business within the team
  • Directs the development of client presentations and other important communication, communication that is clear, compelling and persuasive
  • Ability to lead both internal and client presentations
  • Communicate key information about our company
  • Adapts communication style to relevant audience
  • Links communication to audience’s concerns and perspectives
  • Moves audience to desired action through clear and persuasive delivery of information


  • 5 -7 years communications/media planning experience
  • Experience in traditional marketing and current knowledge of trends and innovations in traditional and digital media
  • Strong working knowledge of Restaurant (QSR/CDR) and/or Retail category
  • Experience creating and selling media programs and strategies
  • Ability to articulate strategic foundation for their development
  • Balanced ability to perform analytically and creatively
  • Advanced computer skills (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Proven leadership skills and management experience
  • A team player with a positive attitude who is able to handle stressful situations and deadlines calmly
  • Ability to plan and carry out responsibilities with passion, a can-do attitude, and minimal direction
  • Appreciation for media hypothesis and analytics
