The Senior Media Manager is a large contributor to the overall success of the business as they will own the day-to-day management of the account and help lead the team towards success.  This person must be organized, well-spoken and have leadership qualities as they manage projects to meet client needs.  This position requires the ability to manage one’s own time between multiple projects. 


  • Manage campaigns effectively, showing intimate knowledge of campaign/project details.
  • Analyze campaign data and recommends optimization improvements.
  • Ability to forecast results based on historical experience and overall expertise.
  • Monitor campaign pacing and makes necessary adjustments, implements campaign optimizations.
  • Able to draw advanced insights from 3rd party data to make strategic adjustments.
  • Day-to-day client contact. Presents weekly and quarterly results to client.
  • Vendor relationship lead.
  • Trains and provide direction to Jr team members that contribute to flawless execution.
  • Work with Analytics and Client Services to turn analysis into insights and provides POV that drives strategies.
  • Ad hoc duties as needed.


  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
  • 3-5 years of digital media experience, working in paid search.
  • Search/digital expert with understanding of how it fits into an integrated Media strategy.
  • Excellent client-facing skills (communication, presentation, anticipates/fields questions, etc.)
  • Search expert.
  • Strong attention to detail and flawless execution.
  • Good organizational and communication skills.
