    This position facilitates and stewards all components of the media systems, tools and change management. The role acts as liaison to all departments that are impacted by systems and coordinates activity throughout all teams.  Activities are undertaken and executed in support of organizational goals and are accountable for providing business process solutions to meet expectations of the Head of Media Operations as well as the Executive Management Committee.

    Responsibilities

    • Subject Matter Expert within the Media systems and tools landscape, inclusive of functionality and limitations
    • Develop training content for systems and tools modules
    • Execute training regarding media systems and tools
    • Monitor process and utilization of best practices, regarding systems and tools, across offices to ensure compliance
    • Experience with system transition and onboarding
    • Ability to manage timing and expectations both internally and externally
    • Responsible for review and troubleshooting any system related issues
    • Review tools in the marketplace and provide POVs
    • Collaborate with the media buying teams
    • Ability to provide direction to teams, as a business partner
    • Additional responsibilities as delegated by the Head of Media Operations

    Qualifications

    • 5-7 years of advertising and media experience
    • Bachelors Degree
    • Proven work experience in Systems, Tools, Vendor Management or relevant role
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office Products
    • Subject Matter Expert in Media Systems and Platforms
      • Experience with Media Systems such as MediaOcean, Strata, etc..
      • Experience with Media Platforms, such as DCM, DS3, DBM, Innovid, Sizmek, etc…
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to focus on the details and to communicate effectively to both technical and non-technical teams
    • Ability to work across offices
    • Highly motivated self-starter
    • Demonstrated ability to resolve complex problems
    • Organizational and Task Management
