We built our programmatic practice 4+ years ago on the premise of keeping programmatic close to our clients, having a transparent business model, and being technology & publisher agnostic. We’re looking for someone who shares our core values and wants to be a part of a team that’s leading the way in programmatic thinking and execution. The role is great for someone who has deep understanding of programmatic but wants to get into a more managerial/senior role.
The Director will oversee all accounts, partner with executive level clients, lead and manage a team of ~15 across multiple offices, collaborate closely with VP of Programmatic on strategic direction internally and externally, maintain and foster steady growth, and curate a culture.
The ideal candidate should have strong general problem-solving skills to deal with new challenges as they arise, possess a passion to be a programmatic evangelist, have excellent communication skills to impart critical information to a broad audience, and enjoy working within a fast-paced environment. This person must demonstrate expert knowledge of the entire programmatic ecosystem - RTB, PMPs, DSPs, SSPs/ ad exchanges, and 3rd party data providers.
