The 360i Social Marketing internship offers hands-on experience working in the field of communications and public relations. In this role, interns will learn about providing internal and external communications support.

The Social Marketing intern will learn the basics of participating in the day to day activities including moderation and assisting with reporting, analytics and brainstorming, in addition to:


  • Maintaining social media pages and crafting social media responses
  • Monitoring your brand's social presences and escalating opportunities to respond
  • Tracking consumer and market trends, social behaviors, and competitor activities
  • Aiding in weekly, monthly, quarterly reports and campaign recaps
  • Scheduling social content
  • Compiling data and social metrics for analysis
  • Updating and maintaining media lists, daily media monitoring and auditing trades for existing 360i references and stories
  • Learning about methods and channels used to communicate with internal population and externally
  • Gaining an understanding of the overall function Social Marketing department plays in supporting 360i and our clients
  • Assisting in ad-hoc requests including photo shoot assistance, competitive audits, content development, etc.


  • Current junior or senior in college majoring in business, marketing, communications, advertising, public relations, analytics or related field.
  • Intern experience in social media, marketing or advertising preferred, but not required.
  • Self-motivated.
  • Warm, enthusiastic personality.
  • Excellent writing, communication, and organizational skills
  • Ability to multi-task and take direction in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to navigate the internet for research purposes.
  • Working knowledge of current social media platforms and analytics, e.g. Facebook Insights, Twitter Ads, etc.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Powerpoint, and Word
