This role requires Search Engine Marketing experience to develop and implement paid media campaigns for one of 360i’s Fortune 500 clients. This person must have a detail oriented mind with the capability to multitask and think outside of the box. The Associate Media Manager is a key component in the overall success of the team, our clients and 360i as they are responsible for optimizing, reporting and implementing campaigns to meet and surpass the clients success metrics, while also supporting the team where needed with other misc. projects and planning. This position requires close collaboration with other Media teams across the agency as well as Account Management, Analytics and Technology.   • Reviews campaign summary/analysis from teams
  • Assists in the compilation of data, extraction of insights and tactical execution as needed
  • Demonstrates working knowledge of each area of agency’s resources, in order to evaluate recommendations before they are delivered to the Client
  • Assists the team in strategy development
  • Proactively finds new ways to build the client’s business and grow account
  • Participates in meetings autonomously and with a larger team as needed
  • Masters and maintains vast knowledge of client's business, competition, and latest industry news and trends
  • Monitors agency/client budgets and billing process for accuracy and timeliness
  • Monitors workflow and resources needed to successfully manage the account
  • Assists the team in planning and forecasting performance based on historical data and overall expertise
  • Build, groom and expand vendor relationships to enhance efficiencies and create better time management


  • Proficient in Excel, strong PowerPoint skills;
  • Excellent communication (written/verbal), presentation and analytical skills, with an emphasis on merchandizing your team’s successes within a client’s organization
  • Maintains professional and respectful attitude with client and teammates alike
  • Innate curiosity and aptitude (staying abreast of trends and activities in the digital marketing and clients' business) that proactively demonstrate thought leadership and new ideas/recommendations
  • 6 months to 1+ years relevant experience in Paid Search is a plus
  • Knowledge of 3rd party tracking and serving technology (i.e. DART, Kenshoo) a plus
