    • Must possess excellent presentation skills and a natural ability to sell-through the work
    • Must have strong interpersonal skills to foster optimal client relationships
    • Provides consistent mentorship and constructive feedback to the team working under them.
    • Generate innovative ideas across all existing and emerging digital platforms and inspire colleagues to create world-class, pioneering ideas
    • Guide, teach and mentor senior members of the Creative department in developing ideas further
    • Continually provide feedback to, and consultations with, all levels of staff within and outside of assigned client groups
    • Creatively lead new business pitches and competently present to prospective clients
    • Identify team members’ training and development needs
    • Deploy resources in the most efficient way possible and identify freelance and permanent recruitment needs


    • Extensive experience working as an associate creative director or creative director level in an agency environment
    • Demonstrated creative success leading collaborative, multi-functional teams
    • Considerable experience of global projects
    • Experience generating new business, and developing and leading client relationships
    • Exceptional leadership, managerial and communication skills
