Strategy interns will have the opportunity to work across multiple accounts and assist with research and other client support tasks while getting first-hand exposure to the strategy behind the work.

They will also gain experience:

  • Analyzing data and digital analytics to obtain insights and make recommendations
  • Performing consumer research for briefs and projects
  • Providing presentation support and development
  • Assisting with trend-casting
  • Collaborating with interagency teams
  • Assisting with POV development support
  • Cataloging case studies
  • Participating in team meetings and work sessions
  • Assisting in the creation of process flow diagrams




  • Current junior or senior/grad student majoring in business, marketing, communications, advertising, public relations, analytics or related field.
  • Must be able to work 40 hours/week during regular business hours throughout the 10-week Internship Program.
  • Experience with Excel, Microsoft PPT. Keynote a plus.
  • Strong research and analytical skills.
  • Ability to synthesize large sets of data from multiple sources.
  • Interest in digital technology and it’s intersection with culture and the consumer.
  • Digital marketing, social media or previous experience preferred, but not required.
