    The Junior Associate is responsible for supporting Media teams as we work towards achieving client and company objectives. The Junior Associate provides assistance with day-to-day media-oriented projects, tasks, and management responsibilities. This particular role offers a holistic view into internal operations, including exposure to integrated digital strategy, agency workflow, and budget management for a large-scale advertiser, as well as first-hand experience with media planning and buying for paid search and other media channels (i.e. product listing ads – a.k.a. Google Shopping).


    The Junior Associate is a well-rounded, highly motivated team player who is eager to learn and provide support across a wide array of projects and tasks. The Junior Associate will serve as an integral part of the team and work directly with Media leaders to develop a basic understanding of online media planning techniques and best practices.


    • Learn the workflow of the agency process from the client problem/need to the end solution
    • Introduction to the media management process and providing support in areas such as:
      • Budget and campaign pacing logs
      • Generating and tracking Insertion Orders (budgets)
      • Keyword builds and/or audience targeting
      • Development of effective structure and campaign architecture
      • Writing effective creative and assignment of creative to right campaign assets
      • Campaign optimizations - bid management, ad delivery, and more
      • Product feed maintenance and development
    • Pulling, QA’ing and delivering performance reports
    • Data analysis, performance trending and campaign insights
    • Billing and financial payment process between platforms, publishers and agency
    • Learning how to understand campaign objectives/strategy and then have the opportunity to contribute and provide recommendations to internal team
    • Learning best practices and optimization techniques



    • College degree preferred, but not required. Emphasis placed on degrees within business, marketing, communications, advertising, public relations, analytics or related field
    • At least 6 months prior internship, part-time or full-time work experience
    • Experience with Excel, Microsoft PPT
    • Excellent communications (written/verbal), analytical and problem-solving skills
    • Able to follow instruction and balance multiple tasks
    • Digital marketing, social media or previous marketing experience preferred, but not required
