  • Overview

    The Associate Account Director is responsible for leading the 360i/client relationship, building & managing a team and driving expanded business opportunities within the existing client organization. S/he owns the client relationship and directs (versus manages) the account/business.


    • Takes the lead as “Career Manager” for direct reports, outlining expectations, career paths, and developing training/coaching opportunities to develop future agency leaders.
    • Proactively networks and recommends/recruits new talent to the agency.
    • Cultivates, enhances director-level client relationship(s) demonstrating a deep, intimate, trusted partnership.
    • Strategically guides both the client & the account team to ensure a successful relationship.
    • Mentors through team meetings & individual coaching with direct reports.
    • Provides clients with appropriate & professional counsel while coaching, mentoring & training the account team.
    • Assures cross-department teams are aligned & providing strategic deliverables to the client.
    • Creates, maintains & regularly updates forecasting as primary owner of partnership with finance.
    • Recommends company-wide improvements and innovation.
    •  Assists team leads in all facets necessary.


    • Fully knowledgeable of the client and agency's business. Seasoned Account professional that has demonstrated they can replicate success in multiple situations, with various client groups, and/or over extended periods of time.
    • Balances the dual expectations of the client & 360i management. 
    • Exemplifies the characteristics of a leader.
    • Exudes & instills confidence for the account team & the client.
    • Provides mentorship to the larger team, and also at the individual level to foster career growth.
    • Exhibits empathy for others.
    • Encourages. energizes & creates a positive atmosphere that brings out the strengths of each team member.
    • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
    • 7-10 years of experience
    • Digital experience required
    • Entertainment category experience a must.
