  • Overview

    360i is looking for a Marketing & PR Coordinator to join the agency’s corporate marketing team.

    This person will be tasked with leading and supporting agency marketing and PR initiatives, and requires an energetic, independent person with excellent project management skills. This person will assist in writing, editing and distributing agency communications – external and internal – and must be a skillful and versatile writer. They will also be responsible for day-to-day management of the agency’s presence on social media in cooperation with our best-in-class Social Marketing team, and must be able to take a creative, strategic and proactive approach to social content. Beyond these core functions, we’re looking for someone who is nimble, outgoing and proactive, and eager to collaborate with various teams across the agency, including senior management. This person should have 1-3 years of relevant work experience in marketing or PR and a clear passion for digital and the ways in which technology is transforming the marketing landscape.



    • Understand agency positioning and primary corporate marketing objectives
    • Manage agency social media presence in cooperation with agency’s Social Marketing team
    • Maintain awards calendar: help manage the submission processes, work across departments to assist in drafting case studies and surfacing new work to promote
    • Draft and/or edit corporate communications, press pitches and other marketing materials
    • Assist in management of agency events including annual client summit and regular hosted speaking/networking events at 360i offices
    • Manage website and internal agency newsletters and intranet
    • Assist the entire corporate marketing team with general coordination and administrative duties as needed


    • BA/BS in Marketing, Journalism or Communications
    • 1-3 years of relevant work experience (internships are OK) in marketing, PR or editorial function
    • Event production and/or management experience a plus
    • Previous agency or marketing experience a plus
    • Excellent writing and editing skills (must provide writing samples and / or complete writing test)
    • Excellent organization and project management skills: able to schedule and lead large, long-term projects involving multiple moving parts
    • Motivated and energetic demeanor: an independent worker who is also comfortable collaborating with senior leadership across the agency
    • A genuine passion for marketing and social media
    • Quick learner that’s willing and able to pick up on the latest industry trends and technologies
    • Experience creating content for social platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, etc)
    • Basic design skills and familiarity with Photoshop, InDesign, Final Cut Pro, etc.
    • Basic email marketing and HTML skills a plus
