    The Recruiting Coordinator is the backbone of 360i’s Recruiting team. The Coordinator will work closely with Candidates, Recruiters, Hiring Managers, Business Stakeholders, and Interviewers to design and implement a best in class candidate experience. You will be part of a dynamic team, with a huge opportunity to learn, impact, and influence. This role will build a foundation to become a top Recruiter or People/HR professional.

    The Recruiting Coordinator has to be organized, detail oriented, personable, cool under pressure, and confident.


    • Schedule interviews for Recruiters, Hiring Managers and Interview Teams in Outlook
    • Greet candidates and facilitate the onsite and/or video interview process
    • Provide necessary information and tools to the Hiring Managers, Interview Teams, and  Candidates in preparation for their interviews
    • Assist with the implementation, communication, and maintenance of special recruitment programs and processes
    • Post jobs in our applicant tracking system (ATS) and on external/internal job boards
    • Manage the generation of offer letters, new hire paperwork, and onboarding alerts
    • Ensure timely and detailed entry of updates for reporting in our applicant tracking system
    • Collaborate with HR, Finance and Operations to ensure necessary approvals
    • Assist with identifying and cross-training points of contact in other office locations to assist with this process and ensure the same candidate experience

    • Bachelor’s degree with some experience (internship ok) supporting a human resource, recruiting or sales department
    • Strong proficiency in MSWord, Excel and PowerPoint
    • Exposure to an Applicant Tracking System a plus
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills
    • Proven track record of assisting with the design and implementation of efficient administrative processes and tracking from inception to completion
