    Responsibilities

    • In partnership with the Operations team, manage day to day workflow of Agencies resourcing platform (OpenAir) – including, but not limited to:
         o   User management – ensuring that new users are created and old users are deactivated
         o   Job code management – setting up new jobs as they come in to ensure timesheet accuracy
         o   General enquires about the platform
    • Assist Ops and PM teams in project scoping efforts where applicable.
    • Work with Ops lead to make recommendations for ongoing  improvement of the agency’s processes, and help document said processes to ensure that they are adhered to
    • Assist RM team with resourcing requests, understanding what people are working on and who has bandwidth across several departments
    • Support Operations lead on ad hoc requests as needed, ranging from process updates to reporting efficiencies, and beyond

    Qualifications

    • An interest in Operations, Finance and/or Project Management
    • Excel proficiency
    • Proficiency in other MS Office applications (Word, PowerPoint)
    • Strong interpersonal, communication and collaboration skills
    • Strong consultative, business partnering and influencing skills; able to establish high trust and credibility
    • Ability to remain calm in a fast paced, quickly changing environment
    • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
