    360i is looking for a Media Manager to join our growing team. This person must have the ambition to take the bull by the horns and want to learn, grow and partner with the best in class. This role requires Display marketing experience to develop strategies and implement paid media campaigns for a host of our Fortune 500 clients. This person must have a detail oriented mind with the capability to multitask and think outside of the box. The Media Manager is a key component in the overall success of the team, our clients and 360i as they are responsible for planning, optimizing and reporting campaigns to meet and surpass the clients success metrics while also supporting the team where needed with other misc. projects and planning. This position requires collaboration with other Media teams as well as with Account Management, Analytics and Technology.     • Manage a campaign soup to nuts with modest supervision.
    • The Media Manager is responsible and accountable for the daily management of campaigns, including understanding and optimizing performance drivers and being able to provide actionable recommendations based on data.
    • Launching new ads from self-serve tools and/or PMD tools
    • Daily monitoring of pacing and optimizations (adjusting campaign optimization levers, etc.) 
    • Recommending new targeting; based on knowledge of targeting capabilities and pixel benefits.
    • The Media Manager has a general understanding of integrated media including print, broadcast, digital, social, mobile and marketing collateral. They are a key role in successful campaign management.


    Media Manager will own the following:

    • Creating flowcharts/ schedules
    • Maintaining budget summary/summaries
    • Providing ad-ops team with traffic information, unique URLs
    • Collaborating with ad-ops throughout campaign
    • Managing implementation of custom elements (timelines and list of deliverables)
    • Reporting; ensuring accurate, error-free, on-time delivery of key findings and reports
    • Generating media authorizations (MAs) and insertion orders (IOs)
    • Billing; ensuring accurate, on-time billing
    • Research, reports and analysis
    • Resource and contact lists
    • Communication with vendors and reps


    Media Manager’s demonstrate:

    • Knowledge of syndicated media and research tools
    • Knowledge of digital ad units and operations
    • Careful execution and strong attention to detail
    • Passion for innovation and excellence in media
    • Speed and efficiency; persistency and follow-through
    • Expert use of PowerPoint and Excel
    • Ease and confidence speaking and participating in media discussions with clients
    • The ability to work with cross functional teams


    • 1.5 to 2yrs+ of relevant Media Planning experience
    • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communication or related field
    • Solid understanding of DFA and other media related tools (comScore, eMarketer, Forrester…)
    • Experience with Paid Social a must and self-service marketing in social platforms, i.e. Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest and other emerging platforms.
    • Expert knowledge of trends and tools for paid social media platforms, Facebook PowerEditor, self-serve advertising; experience in other digital advertising channels such as SEM, Programmatic, Display, a plus.
    • Working knowledge of Insights tools such as: Facebook Insights and Twitter Analytics
