    360i is looking for a Media Manager to join our growing team. This person must have the ambition to take the bull by the horns and want to learn, grow and partner with the best in class. This person’s background should be strong in display/online video. Experience in broadcast media and/or analytics would be a plus! This person must have a detail-oriented mind with the capability to multitask and think outside of the box. The Media Manager is a key component in the overall success of the team, our clients and 360i as they are responsible for planning, optimizing and reporting on campaigns to meet and surpass the clients success metrics while also supporting the team where needed with other misc. projects and planning. This position requires collaboration with other Media teams as well as with Account Management, Analytics and Technology.     Media Activation and Execution:

    The Media Manager is responsible and accountable for the daily management of campaigns, including understanding and optimizing performance drivers and being able to provide actionable recommendations based on data.

    • Participate in and help lead digital media activations and cross-channel campaign management
    • Manage preparation, development, execution and stewardship of media plans for specific clients and/or brands, and accountable for supporting the team and ensuring plans are executed in line with client processes and standards
    • Ensure constant communication between various internal and external teams to ensure activation processes aligns with expectations
    • Balance, prioritize and properly assign work associated with multiple, concurrent projects
    • Proactively finds new ways to build the client’s business and grow account
    • Masters and maintains vast knowledge of client's business, competition, and latest industry news and trends
    • Owns and monitors all agency/client budget and billing processes to ensure accuracy and timeliness
    • Assists in all aspects of campaign execution including: tagging, trafficking, and partner communications
    • Develop and maintain flowcharts and timelines for all projects
    • Maintain client relationships at appropriate levels for all buy/activation details


    • BA/BS in marketing or related field with 2+ years of online/digital media management experience; experience in broadcast and/or analytics is a plus!
    • Experience managing and developing strategies for digital/online video campaigns
    • Responsible for producing and presenting recommendations and launching campaigns from the ground up, including planning and execution
    • Strong analytical skills and an ability to forecast budgets and expected results based on historical performance and communicate expectations to clients
    • Solid understanding of DCM, Google Analytics and other media related tools (comScore, eMarketer, Forrester…)
    • Possess excellent communication skills (written/verbal communications, presentations, anticipate/address questions/etc.), with proven ability to effectively communicate with both junior and senior level clients directly
    • Experience creating and handling project plans, prioritizing tasks based on value to the business, and managing clients with multiple LOB's
    • A team player with a positive attitude who is able to manage expectations regarding deadlines and take an educational approach with requests
