360i is looking for an exceptional Media Director skilled in all aspects of paid, earned and owned media to lead one our largest integrated media clients where we are leading digital and traditional communications planning and buying-primarily B2C.
The Media Director is the corner stone of our media team; partner to teams across the agency-including specialist channels, strategy and project management and day to day counsel to our clients. We need a nimble, dynamic and poised leader who can understand the various marketing challenges that our clients face and empower the media team to think creatively and strategically across all lines of business. This person must be an inspiring and dynamic manager and mentor that can inspire and continue to develop a strong team.
This leadership position bears accountability for all deliverables and work produced by the team and is charged with building and maintaining better processes for more efficient, integrated activation and agency-wide collaboration
The ideal candidate for this role has a track record of building and maintaining strong client relationships, outstanding team management experience, has overseen all aspects of integrated media planning and activation, stays current with industry best practices and understands the importance of basing all planning on key consumer/user behaviors. Key to this role is an analytical bent to ensure that we are measuring success in the right way and providing this information to our clients in the most impactful manner.
The Media Director must be both strategic and hands on, have a strong project management sensibility and be engaged, tenacious and passionate about delivering outstanding media ideas and work.
