    Supervisor, Integrated Media

     

    360i is looking for an exceptional Integrated Media Supervisor skilled in all aspects of paid, earned and owned media.  This person will oversee integrated planning and account management.

     

    The Supervisor must be strategic and hands on; both as a partner to agency teams and counsel to our clients.  S/he is a poised leader who can assess and understand the marketing challenges that clients face, while empowering reports to think creatively and strategically across all lines of business.  The Supervisor has the ability to mentor and develop a team while bearing accountability for all deliverables and work produced by the team.    

     

    The ideal candidate has a track record of building and maintaining strong client relationships.  S/He has overseen all aspects of integrated media planning and activations including: extensive experience with research tools, a deep grasp of industry best practices and ease with Comms Planning.  Key to this role is an analytical acumen to ensure that success is measured in the right way and provided to our clients in a succinct and actionable manner.  The role requires strong project management skills as well as tenacity and passion for delivering outstanding media ideas and work. 

     

    Qualifications

     

    • 5+ years of digital and integrated media experience; leading teams, communicating directly with clients
    • 3 years managerial experience; overseeing a team of employees at a media or full service ad agency
    • leader who strives to understand client concerns and speak with authority on how to address them-
    • Active listener and responsive practitioner
    • Digital expertise; strong background in mobile
    • Balanced experience across media (SEM, Social, Print, OOH, TV)
    • Experience on high profile accounts
    • Experience translating Comms strategy into media plans
    • Experience crafting POVs and presentations to innovate client’s business
    • Ability to expand existing business
    • Capability to lead and nurture a team
    • Persuasive storytelling and relaxed presentation skills
    • College degree required, preferably in marketing or business
    • Experience with Kantar, Simmons, CommsPoint, Nielsen, comScore, Media Ocean preferred
    • Extensive experience using excel
