    360i is looking for an Associate Media Director, Digital Media. For this role, we are looking to find an individual with digital media experience focusing on display and paid social, demonstrating passion and thought leadership for digital media. The Associate Media Director will drive digital media strategy development and oversee its flawless execution for one of the world’s leading hotel brands. The ideal candidate must have a strong understanding of all facets of Display (video, mobile, programmatic, etc) and Paid Social with the ability to strategically lead and manage a team. Experience in the travel or hospitality vertical preferred, but not required.


    The Associate Media Director is a team leader and will lead a group of digital media professionals while overseeing the overall operational and developmental growth of their team. The Associate Media Director will be a point person for their team, working hand-in-hand with our clients on channel strategy and across disciplines internally to effectively deliver excellence. The Associate Media Director will collaborate across offices and peers to ensure the best of breed search culture is embraced by team. This role will ensure best practices are being shared and utilized.


    The ideal candidate for this role has experience managing a team and has overseen various aspects of digital platform activation, social community best practices and key consumer/user behaviors. Knowledge of social marketing strategies, tactics and emerging applications, as well as the convergence of social, mobile and digital marketing technologies, is critical. Direct reports will likely be in the range of 2-5, scaling from Senior Managers to Junior Associates.


    • 6-8+ years of digital media experience, leading teams, communicating directly with clients
    • At least 3-4 years managerial experience overseeing a team of employees, preferably at an advertising, PR, media buying, digital marketing or social media agency,
    • Knowledge of key performance metrics for paid/earned/owned media with focus on analytics and optimization as well as leading vendor partners in the space. Knowledge of both brand and direct response campaigns and understanding of data management platforms (DMPs) preferred
    • Provides media solutions that support and deliver to our clients; History of success executing complex, large scale campaigns flawlessly
    • Ability to gather client requirements and effectively translate them into a cohesive digital media strategy, complete with associated work plans for reporting, tag management, and data overlay (1st and 3rd party data) opportunities
    • Ability to communicate data and reports to optimize strategic recommendations in clear, cogent fashion
    • Working knowledge and expertise in media tools such as DCM and Facebook Insights
    • Must be comfortable in a client-facing capacity and able to develop positive relationships with internal and external counterparts
    • Must be comfortable developing and delivering strategic presentations and to think on one’s feet
    • A team player with a positive attitude who is able to handle stressful situations and deadlines calmly
    • Ability to plan and carry out responsibilities with passion, a can-do attitude, and minimal direction
