    Responsibilities

    With the constant evolution and highly fragmented media environment, digital strategy is now more critical than ever to client’s overall marketing strategy.  That’s why 360i is looking for Media Director, Display & Programmatic, for the Chicago office that can focus on media strategy to navigate the complexity that falls within all facets of these channels.  The Media Director will be the local Display lead building out the specialization and practice in Chicago.  This individual will collaborate across offices and peers to ensure the best of breed culture is embraced by team.  This role will ensure best practices are being created, shared, and used locally in Chicago.  The Media Director will act as one 360i’s Display business leads as well as mentor the various Display members in Chicago. 

     

    Qualifications

    The ideal candidate for this role has experience managing a large team, has the ability to lead and build a specialization in a growing office, and expertise is rooted in traditional Display planning as well as Programmatic buying.   

    • 8+ years of overall business experience with a majority of experience in a consumer facing agency or brand in a strategic, analytical or marketing role
    • Top of the Display field with at least 7 years management experience working in digital marketing, traditional Display, Programmatic Buying, & Video
    • Demonstrated experience across a diverse range of account with expertise in retail, travel and financial services
    • More than just a teacher but a coach that proactively ensures that the media teams are educated on new and innovative strategies and that continually inspires teams to raise the bar strategically, creatively and operationally. Able to demand and pull out greatness
    • A leader who is equal parts self-starter and partner, who collaborates across offices and peers to identify areas of opportunity to advance our Display & Programmatic practice.
    • Continuously demonstrates innate curiosity and passion to learn “what’s next” and an ability to figure out new and different ways to apply evolving media technologies to our current practice
    • Is a convincing presenter and story teller, both internally and with clients that could be an effective asset for business development
    • Will be tasked with growing Display business for current clients as well as being the subject matter expert to deliver organic growth
