  • Overview

    As a Media Supervisor you’ll lead all aspects of the buying, negotiation, implementation and tracking for your client’s media campaigns-primarily digital media. You’ll lead important media plan recommendation presentations and post campaign reporting. You’ll partner with the Associate Director and Director of the Integrated Planning team setting the tone for your account. You’ll partner as well with the Integrated Account Planning, Strategy, Creative, Analytics, and Digital Ad Operations teams. You’ll manage a Media Planner and Assistant Media Planner helping to develop their skills, evaluate their performance and manage their growth. In addition to core account and team management you’ll take part in larger areas of agency development – aiding with new business pitches, committees and task forces. This role is a step toward greater leadership within the media group and the agency overall.


    • Participate in and lead digital media activations
    • Work with senior team members to set digital activation and negotiation strategies
    • Oversee plan negotiations with vendors
    • Act as final resource for all inventory, billing and invoice discrepancies
    • Act as the internal point of contact with the Integrated Planning team, Digital Ad Operations, and Digital Analytics teams
    • Ensure constant communication between 360i and client marketing teams and ensure activation processes align with other teams
    • Work with Digital Ad Operations team to develop and maintain timelines for all activation projects
    • Balance, prioritize and properly assign work associated with multiple, concurrent projects
    • Serve as a resource for Associates and Assistants for advice, counsel and mentorship


    • Bachelor’s Degree
    • 4-6 years of media planning/buying experience
    • Experience creating and selling media programs to clients
    • Ability to articulate strategic foundation for their development
    • Strong negotiator and relationships with vendors
    • Proven leadership skills and management experience
    • Advanced computer skills (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint) 
    • Works with management team (AMD/Media Director) to develop strategies for digital buys
    • Strategizes ways to use most effectively digital media dollars to the greatest benefit for our clients
    • Assess problems and concerns in a systematic, logical and rational manner
    • Proactively resolve issues, know when to and to whom to escalate
    • Guide team members to nurture/promote team environment
    • Assist in the training of junior team members
    • May be responsible for working with supervisor to develop and oversee junior staff- manage time, assure projects are completed on time and adhered to (within) budget
    • May be responsible for constructing and delivering accurate, honest and timely performance management documents
    • Capable of managing multiple deliverables and ability to seamlessly transition among them
