    360i is looking for a Senior Digital Media Manager to join our growing team. This person must have the ambition to take the bull by the horns and want to learn, grow and partner with the best in class. This role requires Display and Social marketing experience to develop strategies and implement paid media campaigns in both channels. This person must have a detail-oriented mind with the capability to multitask and think outside of the box. The Media Manager is a key component in the overall success of the team, our clients and 360i as they are responsible for planning, optimizing and reporting on campaigns to meet and surpass the clients success metrics while also supporting the team where needed with other misc. projects and planning. This position requires collaboration with other Media teams as well as with Account Management, Analytics and Technology.     Responsibilities

    • Manage a display campaign soup to nuts with modest supervision and capable of managing a moderately sized paid social campaign
    • Responsible for day-to-day management and strategizing ways to effectively use media dollars to the greatest benefit of our clients. The MM is focused on honing more advanced optimization and analytical skills as a stepping stone to a senior media manager position
    • The differentiator between an Associate Media Manager and a Media Manager is Ownership. The Media Manager is responsible and accountable for the daily management of campaigns, including understanding and optimizing performance drivers and being able to provide actionable recommendations based on data
    • 3 - 5 years of experience
    • Solid understanding of DCM and other media related tools (comScore, eMarketer, Facebook Insights, etc)
    • Responsible for working with supervisor to develop and oversee junior staff- manage time, assure projects are completed on time and adhered to (within) budget
    • Responsible for constructing and delivering accurate, honest and timely performance management documents
    • Capable of managing multiple deliverables and ability to seamlessly transition among them
