    360i is looking for a Media Manager with Paid Social Experience to join our growing team in Atlanta. This person must have the ambition to take the bull by the horns and want to learn, grow and partner with the best in class. This role requires paid social marketing experience to develop strategies and implement paid media campaigns. This person must have a detail oriented mind with the capability to multitask and think outside of the box. The Media Manager is a key component in the overall success of the team, our clients and 360i, as they are responsible for launching and optimizing campaigns to meet and surpass the clients success metrics while also supporting the team where needed with other misc. projects and planning.

     

    Responsible for day-to-day management of media campaigns from soup to nuts, with modest supervision. The Media Manager is active in support and owning execution. The MM is focused on honing more advanced optimization and analytical skills as a stepping stone to a senior media manager position.

     

    The Media Manager will support the team with a variety of aspects in a fast-paced media planning environment. The MM is responsible and accountable for the daily management of campaigns, including understanding and optimizing performance drivers and being able to provide actionable recommendations based on data

    Qualifications

    • 1.5-2 years of overall business experience with a majority of experience in media
    • Experience working in on clients within the Financial Services vertical is desired
    • Experience with Paid Social a must and self-service marketing in social platforms, i.e. Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest and other emerging platforms.
    • Understand clients’ goals and develop appropriate campaign strategies.
    • Expert knowledge of trends and tools for paid social media platforms, Facebook PowerEditor, self-serve advertising; experience in other digital advertising channels such as SEM, Programmatic, Display, a plus.
    • Launching new ads from self-serve tools and/or PMD tools
    • Working knowledge of Insights tools such as: Facebook Insights and Twitter Analytics
    • Proficient in analyzing complex issues and developing relevant and actionable plans, programs, tests and recommendations.
    • Daily monitoring of pacing and optimizations (adjusting campaign optimization levers, etc.)
    • Data analysis and reporting to communicate campaign results, findings and next steps.
    • Expert Excel and PowerPoint to accomplish bulk implementation (URL updates)
    • Recommending new targeting; based on knowledge of targeting capabilities and pixel benefits.
    • Understanding of creative/content and able to provide recommendations to ensure most effective audience to brand communication
    • Responding to email/questions from account and team leadership
    • Attending client calls and communicating campaign performance
    • Knowledge of key performance metrics for paid/earned/owned media with focus on analytics and optimization as well as leading vendor partners in the space
