  • Overview

    360i is looking for a Media Tech Manager to work directly in DoubleClick for Advertisers (DFA) or DoubleClick Campaign Manager (DCM), tag management systems, rich media vendors, client’s marketing staff, and internal media teams on all elements related to creative trafficking, ad tracking, and pixel implementation. This person is responsible for organizing interdepartmental workflow to ensure that all elements are handled according to process and schedule. He or She must stay up-to-date on new ad formats, targeting and tracking capabilities (e.g. viewability), and reporting competencies of each platform. Furthermore, he or she is required to liaise with our client and make recommendations on how to implement and execute campaigns.  As a result we need someone who is an effective communicator and is an efficient project manager.


    • Be a trusted advisor to internal teams as well as to our clients for all ad operations requests and questions. 
      • Ability to manage requests and provide sound rationale on the best way to execute campaigns.
      • Demonstrate a strong understanding of the client’s business beyond campaign objectives.
    • Act as primary contact for troubleshooting creative, data gathering, and tracking issues.
      • Expert knowledge of pixel functionality and customization. Ability to troubleshoot pixel issues, such as latency and tracking.
      • Problem-solving nature and deep curiosity to uncover the best solutions.
    • Issue tags, trackers, and creative assets to partners sites, ad networks, and demand side platforms. Tested creative elements and dispatched traffic instructions to meet vendor specifications and ensure correct implementation. Scheduled placements, ads, and creatives as necessary throughout life of campaigns.
    • Organized – detail-oriented with strong attention to follow-through.
    • Ability to clearly and effectively communicate and present recommendations. Strong written and verbal skills are required.
    • Comprehension of online business marketing metrics (Impressions, Clicks, Click-Through Rate, Conversions, CPC, ROI, Cost per Acquisition) is a must. 
    • Proactively monitor all campaigns for both delivery and performance and make recommendations for campaign optimizations when applicable.
    • Own technology implementation for various ad solutions like viewability, brand safety, and brand studies.  


    • College degree with 2+ years of digital media experience in ad operations
    • Deep understanding of 3rd party tracking and serving technologies.
      • Required to be well-versed in DoubleClick for Advertisers (DFA) or DoubleClick Campaign Manager (DCM). 
      • Knowledgeable about tag management solutions such as BrightTag, Google Tag Manager, Tealium, etc. is a requirement.
      • Prior knowledge of tools such as Tamper Data, Fiddler, etc. is necessary
