As the Supervisor, Digital Activation you’ll lead all aspects of the buying, negotiation, implementation and tracking for your client’s digital campaigns. You’ll lead important buy presentations and post campaign reports. You’ll partner with the Associate Director and Director of the Integrated Planning team setting the tone for your account. You’ll partner as well with the Integrated Planning, Digital Ad Operations and Digital Analytics teams.
As a strategic leader you’ll manage your team helping to develop their skills, evaluate their performance and manage their growth. In addition to core account and team management you’ll take part in larger areas of agency development – aiding with new business pitches, committees and task forces. This role is a step toward greater leadership within the media group and the agency overall.
The Associate Director, Integrated Planning role is a leadership role as well as a managerial one. The Associate Director, Integrated Planning sets the working style for the group, leads the strategic direction and is tasked with being a marketing partner for the clients. The Associate Director, Integrated Planning is an expert on the clients’ business and a leader on the business with the clients and within the agency.
The Associate Director, Integrated Planning is responsible for demonstrating a strong working knowledge of the media space (including digital media) and available media research. This individual is responsible for identifying business opportunities and solutions on a regular basis. The Associate Director, Integrated Planning sets the tone for how the account is managed by assuring focus on key client objectives and delivering appropriate resources while maintaining profitability.
The Analytics Associate Director will lead major Advanced Analytics engagements with marquee 360i clients, focusing on transforming data, analysis and reporting into insights, recommendations, and results. The ideal candidate will go beyond reporting to peel away the layers of data and suggest constructive marketing test, advanced analytics engagements, consumer deep dives, and competitive opportunities to improve business performance on a regular basis.
Collaboration is at the core of our business success and the Analytics Associate Director will need to create a tightknit and dynamic relationship with our clients and the Media and Account teams. First, to work with clients to better understand their business objectives, KPIs and formulate an actionable measurement plans. Then, to guide the creation of insights and recommendations, powered by our 360i Advanced Analytics tool kit, to relay channel and tactic specific optimization opportunities.

The Associate, Integrated Planning assists in the planning, implementing and maintaining of media campaigns across multiple channels. As an entry level position, the Associate position represents the start of a media career. This position is essential in the day-to-day tactical management of the media communications account and requires an individual that works well in a team-based, fast paced, detail-oriented environment.
While advanced Integrated Planning thinking is not expected, the successful Associate is resourceful and demonstrates the initiative to participate in advanced projects. The Associate, Integrated Planning position is training-intensive. Aptitude for learning new skills (both technical and organic) and procedures is essential. The Associate is expected to be an active participant, increasing participation over time in the position. The Associate, Integrated Planning is also encouraged to contribute ideas and insights that will benefit our clients.
